Processing & Handling

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days via ground shipping. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for custom, made-to-order, or larger items. During peak seasons such as the Christmas market period, processing times may be slightly extended - we’ll always post a notice when this applies.

Local Delivery - Calgary

We offer personal local delivery in Calgary to make receiving your items safe and convenient.

  • Orders under $50: $5 delivery fee

  • Orders of $50 or more: Free delivery - enter code LOCAL at checkout

Deliveries are made twice weekly. You’ll receive an email confirmation with a photo when your order has been safely delivered. If you’d prefer to arrange a time to receive your delivery in person, simply note this at checkout or contact us directly.

Surrounding Communities Delivery

We also deliver personally to the communities surrounding Calgary: Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, High River, Okotoks, and Tsuut’ina.

  • Orders under $75: $10 delivery fee

  • Orders of $75 or more: Free delivery - simply enter code EXTENDED at checkout

Canada-Wide Shipping

(excluding Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon)

For customers outside our local delivery area, we offer Canada-wide ground shipping using a weight-based program.

Northern Territories & International Orders

If you’re located in the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, or anywhere outside Canada (excluding the U.S.), we’d love to help you with a personalized shipping quote.

Please email us with your items and full shipping address and we’ll be in touch within 1 - 2 business days with your estimate.

Orders of $99 or more qualify for free shipping - enter code FREESHIP at checkout.

U.S. Shipping

We sincerely apologize to our friends south of the border - at this time we are not shipping to the United States due to current tariff and customs regulations.
