Returns & Exchanges

At Better with Bunnies, we want you to love everything you receive. Here’s how we handle situations where things don’t go as planned:

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Simply email us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • A photo or video clearly showing the damage

  • A photo or video of the original packaging

You do not need to return the original item. We’ll get a replacement on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Wrong Item Received

If we’ve made an error with your order, we sincerely apologize and will make it right immediately. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send the correct item straight away.

Change of Mind

As a small handmade business, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. We encourage you to review all product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing - and please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions before you buy. We’re always happy to help!

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable once your proof has been approved. Please review your proof carefully before giving your approval. You are entitled to one revision before approval.

Digital Downloads

Digital products are non-refundable. If you have any trouble with your digital files please let us know and we’ll be happy to try and assist you.
